Working with Matt and Melissa (M2 Signature Homes) was a fun and rewarding experience for our extensive remodel on Lake Cle Elum. From start to finish they communicated effectively and clearly with our best interest at hand while navigating numerous subcontractors. They were responsible for not only the construction but also the finishes, such as power shades, custom furniture and custom built-ins. Once the project was completed, they have continued with the same high end customer service by assisting in the maintenance of the home and property, offering contacts to keep the property safe and providing remote accessibility for our family to utilize during all four seasons. We really enjoyed the experience and journey of working with Matt and Melissa, they made what can be a very stressful and tense remodel process a fun and exciting project.
