Gabe and Vicki are homeowners that have a really well-built house in Kirkland. They are a young couple, very career driven and have beautiful private lot in Totem Lake, WA. Gabe and Vicki were in need of a very substantial remodel. As the builder designer we were limited to adding to the original footprint of the house. M2 Signature Homes did all of their own in-house drawings and design within the rules and regulations of the city of Kirkland.
The project was a complete demolition of the interior and exterior finishes. We took the residence down to the studs, created a few new living spaces while adding a few exterior upgrades. The job included new framing layout of multiple spaces and new exterior finishes and new landscaping design.
The new finishes on the interior and exterior included new lighting, plumbing and aesthetic finishes throughout.

Melissa, the lead designer, was in control of every last detail from layout to the final furniture and furnishings details. Though M2 was limited to working within the original footprint, the project took new form with plumbing, lighting and appliance and furniture throughout.
Melissa customized every single space to suit Gabe and Vicki’s needs, from accent walls, to the technology details required for both of the homeowners’ careers and desires.

The house is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and security cameras and Wi-Fi compatible features from HVAC, to lighting down to the Wi-Fi___33, camera equipped garage door.
The exterior finishes include stamped concrete back patio to a newly graded driveway and safe and sturdy entry way. The landscape met the low maintenance needs of the homeowners that requested some simple plantings, landscape lighting and ground cover.
